Patriot Capital investments typically range from $3.0 million to $15.0 million in size and usually take the form of subordinated debt with a current coupon combined with warrants, preferred stock and/or common stock. In combination with our extensive network of private equity and mezzanine professionals, Patriot can sponsor investments where a larger commitment of capital is required.
