Thomas O. Holland, Jr.
Managing Partner
Tom Holland was one of the founders of Allegiance Capital, one of the predecessor funds to Patriot Capital II. Mr. Holland has 20 years of experience in venture capital, commercial and investment banking. Prior to co-founding Allegiance Capital, he spent 13 years in positions of increasing responsibility with Bank of America Corporation (and its predecessor banks) providing senior and subordinated debt to middle-market companies. During 1998 and 1999, Mr. Holland managed the mid-Atlantic activities of Bank of America SBIC Corporation, where he focused on mezzanine financing. Tom is currently active on the boards for various civic organizations and private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Florida.

Charles P. McCusker
Managing Partner
Charles McCusker was one of the Founders of Patriot Capital I, one of the predecessor funds to Patriot Capital II and was a general partner of the ServiceMaster Venture Fund, a highly successful portfolio of focused private equity investments in consumer services, for-profit education, technology and application software and business e-commerce industries. Mr. McCusker also founded and held several operating executive positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer, of a high growth joint venture between The ServiceMaster Company (SVM) and Kleiner Perkins. Mr. McCusker currently serves on the Board of Directors of Dedicated Transport, Terminal Transportation, ExpertJMS, PRI Group and Home Solutions of America (HSOA) and has served on the boards of Prosofttraining (POSO) and Remet Corporation. Mr. McCusker is a graduate of Virginia Tech (BS Engineering) and the University of Chicago (MBA).

Chris M. Royston
Managing Partner
Chris Royston was one of the founders of Patriot Capital I, one of the predecessor funds of Patriot Capital II and brings over 20 years experience in middle market lending and investing. Mr. Royston is a principal in the middle market investment banking firm of Bengur Bryan & Co., Inc. He began his career as a portfolio manager with TIAA/CREF, making and overseeing equity, mezzanine and debt investments to middle market companies. He spent over three years with Salomon Brothers Inc. as a vice president in the private placement department, and returned to Baltimore as co-head of the investment banking group at Maryland National Bank. Mr. Royston has particular expertise in credit analysis and underwriting for debt and mezzanine investments. Mr. Royston currently serves as a Board representative for Airoom, Eagle Healthcare and ACCT. Mr. Royston is a graduate of The College of William and Mary (BA) and Columbia University (MBA).

Charles A. Bryan
Senior Principal & Adviser
Charles Bryan was one of the founders of Patriot Capital I, one of the predecessor funds of Patriot Capital II and has over 20 years of advising, operating and investing in middle market growth companies. He is a co-founder and President of the middle market investment banking firm of Bengur Bryan & Co., Inc. Prior to forming Bengur Bryan, he was an industry group head and a vice president in the investment banking division of Alex. Brown & Sons. Mr. Bryan started his career in the Private Business Advisory Services Group of KPMG Peat Marwick. He also co-founded several food service companies and currently serves on the Board of PJPA, LLC, a Papa John’s Pizza franchisee and Accuship. Mr. Bryan is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of North Carolina (BS) and Harvard Business School.

Thomas M. Neale
Senior Principal
Tom Neale joined Patriot Capital as a Senior Principal in May 2008. Mr. Neale has over 25 years experience in corporate finance, commercial, and investment banking. Most recently, he was the Mid-Atlantic Commercial Banking Executive for HSBC Bank, USA, with responsibility for teams marketing the full array of HSBC’s commercial banking, capital markets, and investment management services. Target companies were those with sales between $25 million and $5 billion, located from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. Previously, Mr. Neale held direct relationship and senior management positions with JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America (and its predecessor banks), and Wachovia, where he had extensive experience arranging and underwriting senior debt and junior capital for middle market companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Virginia, and a Masters in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. Mr. Neale is also active on several not-for-profit boards in the Baltimore, Maryland region.

W. Gary Dorsch
Senior Principal & Adviser
Gary Dorsch was one of the co-founders of Allegiance Capital, one of the predecessor funds to Patriot Capital II and has over 25 years experience in middle market investing and lending. Mr. Dorsch currently serves as the President of Alternative Asset Investing for Sinclair Corporation. Prior to co-founding Allegiance Capital, Mr. Dorsch spent 24 years with Bank of America, and its predecessor banks, NationsBank and Maryland National Bank. His experience ranges from assisting Fortune 500 companies, to advising middle-market companies with sales of $10 million to $500 million. During his banking career Mr. Dorsch was responsible for various banking divisions and managed several specialty groups including health care, media and non profit. Throughout his career he has been active in numerous civic and charitable activities. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The College Savings Plan of Maryland. Gary is a 1974 graduate of Towson University and received his MBA in Finance in 1981 from Loyola College in Baltimore.

George (Chip) Stelljes, III
Senior Principal & Adviser
Mr.Stelljes has more than 20 years experience as a private equity and debt investor. From 1999 to 2001, he was a general partner of Camden Partners and Cahill, Warnock & Company, later stage private equity funds. Previously, Mr. Stelljes served as a managing director and partner of Columbia Capital Corporation, an early stage venture fund. From 1989 until 1998, he was an executive vice president and principal with Allied Capital Corporation (“Allied”), a publicly traded venture capital, mezzanine and real estate fund with a total of $2.3 billion under management. Allied holds the oldest SBIC license in the country. Mr. Stelljes is past president of the Southern Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies (SRASBIC) and served on the board of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies (NASBIC). Currently, Mr. Stelljes is the President of Gladstone Capital Corporation, an investor in senior debt securities of private businesses. Mr. Stelljes is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (BA) and the University of Virginia (MBA).

Daniel Yardley
Principal
Dan Yardley joined Allegiance Capital in November 2001. Prior to joining Allegiance, Dan was an analyst with the Mergers & Acquisitions division of Allegis Group. Dan has an undergraduate degree from Mount St. Mary's College and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.

John Yeager
Principal
Mr. Yeager joined Patriot as an Associate in January 2007. Previously, he worked as a Senior Associate for Clifton Gunderson, L.L.P., a national CPA and consulting firm. There he specialized in business services, wholesale distribution and private investment companies. Mr. Yeager is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with distinction from Towson University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.

Aanand Radia
Associate
Aanand Radia joined Patriot as an Associate in July 2007 after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business with a B.S in Economics. While at Carnegie Mellon Mr. Radia co- founded and headed the Pittsburgh Chapter of AIESEC, an organization that provides international internship exchange programs to students. Mr. Radia graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business in 2007 with a B.S in Economics.

Peter D. Becht
Financial Analyst
Peter Becht joined Patriot Capital in September 2008 after graduating from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Previously, Mr. Becht worked as a summer analyst, covering commercial real estate lending at Sandelman Partners, LP in New York.
